Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) Guwahati has invited applications for the recruitment of 1 post of Laboratory Technician purely on a temporary basis through a WALK-ININTERVIEW under DHR-ICMR funded project entitled "Understanding the crosstalk between host and the pathogen: A way to identify the novel biomarker for the diagnosis of Japanese Encephalitis virus infection" in the Department of Microbiology, Gauhati Medical College Guwahati- 32, Assam.

Remuneration: Rs.18,000/- PM

Eligibility Criteria of GMCH Guwahati Recruitment

Essential Qualification: 12th pass in Science stream and two years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized institution.

Age limit: 30 years or less.

Desirable: One year experience in Molecular biology and computer applications.

• Date of Interview: 7th August, 2023 (Monday)
• Time: 10 AM onwards (The candidate must report before 12 PM)
• Venue: Department of Microbiology, 5th Floor, Narakasur Hill Top, Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati-781032, Assam.

N.B.:

• (i) Candidates must submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their respective competent authority/PI/organization, if already working/engaged in another project.
• (ii) Candidates are requested to bring all the relevant documents in Original and one set of photocopies along, with their CV at the interview.
• (iii) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
