1. Assistant Professor

- Assamese: 01
- Education: 01

- Political Science: 01
- Computational Biology & Biotechnology: 01
- Commerce: 01
- Mathematics: 01

Essential Qualification:
- Candidate must have passed a master's degree in the concerned discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed) from a recognized University/ Institute of National Importance with a Ph.D. in the relevant subject also.
Desirable:
- Experience in teaching U.G. & P.G. Students.
- Research Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Proficiency in ICT in teaching
2. Yoga Instructor
No. of posts: 01
Scale of Pay: As per MSSV Pay Matrix
Essential Qualification:
- Candidate must have an M.A./M.Sc. in Yogic Science & Naturopathy with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed) from a recognized University/Institute.
Desirable:
- Experience in teaching U.G. & P.G. Students.
- Research Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Proficiency in demonstration & ICT in education
3. Assistant Registrar
No. of posts: 02
Scale of Pay: As per MSSV Pay Matrix
Post 1:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in Computer Application/IT/M.Tech. in CSE/IT with a minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point, wherever the grading system is followed).
Desirable:
- At least 5 years of service in Govt. / Private University/Research Institute/College/Autonomous Body.
- Proficiency in computer work, computerization of office work, academic/administrative, and examination work.
Post 2:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
Desirable:
- At least 5 years of service in Govt. / Private University/Research Institute/College/Autonomous Body.
- Proficiency in computer work, computerization of office work, academic/administrative, and examination work.
Application Fee of MSSV Latest Vacancy:
Candidate must pay an amount of Rs. 2,000.00 (Rupees two thousand) only by demand draft in favour of “REGISTRAR, MAHAPURUSHA SRIMANTA SANKARADEVA VISWAVIDYALAYA” payable at “State Bank of India, Nagaon Main Branch (IFSC: SBIN0000146)” or Cash at Accounts Branch of the University as an application fees for the post.
