Jorhat Medical College & Hospital (JMCH), Jorhat has invited applications from eligible & intending candidates for the recruitment of various Medical Officers, ANM, Counselors, and Data Manager Vacancies on a contractual basis in the Jorhat Medical College and Hospital, Jorhat under National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), AllMS, New Delhi.

1. Medical Officer
No. of Post: 1
Essential Qualification: MBBS recognized by the National Medical Commission
Desirable: MD in Psychiatry
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.50,000/-
2. ANM
No. of Post: 1
Qualification: ANM recognized by ANC
Desirable: 2 years experience from a recognized institute.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.17,000/-
3. Counselor
No. of Post: 1
Essential Qualification: Clinical Psychologist/ Psychiatric/ social worker/ MA/ MSc Psychology/ Social Work with a minimum of one year of training in counseling from a recognized institute.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.25,000/-
4. Data Manager
No. of Post: 1
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum I-year diploma course in computer application.
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.13,000/-
Selection Process of JMCH Recruitment
Selection of candidates will be done through Walk-in-Interview on 28/09/2023 at 10.00 AM at the
office of Psychiatry, JMCH, and also be seen on the institute's website www.iorhatmedicalcollege.in.
No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
How to Apply for JMCH Recruitment
Interested candidates shall have to fill up the standard application form neatly and legibly and submit it with the required documents and photograph (colored) duly self-attested.
Documents required are:
(a) 2 (Two) copies of recent passport-size colored photographs duly self-attested,
(b) Document confirming age proof, or HSLC admit card or Birth Certificate,
(c) All mark sheets and pass certificates
(d) Permanent Residential Certificate
(e) Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate,
(f) Certificates of training, experience, extra-curricular activities, etc.
Applications are to be addressed to the Principal cum Chief Superintendent, Jorhat Medical College & Hospital, Kushal Konwar Path, K.B. Road, Jorhat - 785001, Assam, and have to be sent/submitted in a sealed envelope to the office on or before 18/09/2023 during office hours.
The name of the post applied for must clearly be mentioned on the TOP of the envelope. Envelopes that do not have the 'name of the post applied' written on the TOP shall not be opened/entertained.
