The Directorate of Land Records & Surveys, Assam has invited applications from eligible and intending candidates to recite recruitment of 12 GIS Assistants and Associate Project Supervisors Vacancies under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP).

1. GIS Assistant
No of posts: 11 Posts
Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Geography/Geology, or a related field along with Certificate/ Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics.
Or
B.Tech/M. Tech/M.Sc. in GIS & Remote Sensing/Geoinformatics; M.A/M.Sc. in Geography/Geology/ Environmental Science along with Geoinformatics as one of the core subjects or instead of a Certificate or Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience.
Age Limit: Above 21 years and not more than 40 years as of 01-Dec-2023. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per applicable Government policy.

2. Associate Project Supervisor (GIS)
No of posts: 01 Post
Scale of Pay: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in GIS & Remote Sensing/Geoinformatics. M.A/ M.Sc. in Geography/Geology/Environmental Science with Geoinformatics as one of the subjects or Diploma in GIS/ Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having team management experience and relevant work experience of more than 2 years in a reputed organization.
Age Limit: Above 22 years and not more than 40 years as of 01-Dec-2023. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per applicable Government policy.
