Educational Qualification & Experience

• Candidate must have retired at E4 to E8(AGM/GM/CGM) level/above position from NTPC or equivalent position.
• Total Experience –(i) Candidate should have minimum 10 years work experience.
• The candidate should the capacity of extensive coordination work, capable of handling data in MS Excel and should be able to take session as and when required.
• Graduation/Post Graduation degree and experience as mentioned in point no (i) and (ii) is required for all vacancies at PMI/RLI/EDCs except 02 vacancies as mentioned in below points iv & v.
• Experience for IT department/systems and Engineering degree is required for 01 vacancy at PMI Noida
• Experience of Operation/Simulator department/systems and Engineering degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ C&I is required for 01 vacancy at PMI Noida.

Other Eligibility Criteria of NTPC Recruitment 2024

The upper Age Limit: is 62 Years (May be relaxed after approval of competent authority in case a suitable candidate with an age less than 62Y is not found against vacancy).

Job Profile:

The associate will altogether be deployed for the design/planning of training programs, coordination with faculties, classroom activities, processing of honorarium, management of attendance/exam, and training data entry in SAP/portal. The associate will report to executives (any level) looking after the EDC/training function at the site. Associate may also be assigned any additional responsibility as per requirement at site/office. Associate may also be transferred from one place to the other based on the requirement.
