Educational Qualification:
Educational qualifications and selection procedure altogether will be as per Assam Govt. Office Memorandum No. AHE.239/2021/68 dated Dispur, the 24th January, 2022 with NET/SLET/SET as mandatory eligibility conditions.
Candidates having Ph. D degree in accordance with the UGC Regulation of 30th June 2010 (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph. D degree Regulation 2009) shall be exempted from requirement of NET/SLET/SET altogether.
The candidates must have minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade point scale) at the Master’s degree level in the concerned subject.
A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided at the graduate and Master level to SC/ST/PWD candidates.
The candidates must have to acquire qualification latest by the date of submission of their applications.
Other eligibility like M. Phil/Ph. D/Seminar paper/Publications can be acquired and may
be submitted on the date of interview and not beyond.
2. Library Bearer

Eductaional Qualification: Minimum educational qualification also is Class VIII passed.
3. Laboratory Bearer
No. of posts: 1
Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification also is Class VIII passed.

For Laboratory & Library Bearers Post: Interested and suitable candidates who have fulfilled the abovementioned eligibility may send their applications in the format prescribed by the DHE, Assam along with complete Bio-Data and all testimonials from HSLC onwards and accompanied with a non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only drawn in favour of Principal, M.C. College, Barpeta payable at SBI, Barpeta branch.
