Tezpur University has invited applications from eligible and intending candidates for the recruitment of One Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Post in a DST-SERB sponsored research project entitled “Rational Design of Ni-Based Anode Materials for Alcohol Fuel Cell” under the Principal Investigator Prof. Kusum K Bania, Professor, Department of Chemical Sciences, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Napaam - 784028, Assam.

Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- (Rupees thirty-one thousand) only plus 8% HRA as admissible per month for the 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 35,000/- (Rupees thirty-five thousand) only plus 8% HRA as admissible per month for the 3rd year as SRF as per rules.

Essential Qualification:

A consistently good academic career with a first-class Master’s degree in Chemistry with a specialization preferably in Inorganic Chemistry/Physical Chemistry from a recognized University with UGC-CSIR NET/GATE or other equivalent examinations.

Age Limit: Candidates shall not be more than 28 years of age on the last date of receipt of application. The upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules.

Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated via email to appear before a selection committee on a date to be notified later.
