Samagra Shiksha Assam (SSA) has invited ONLINE applications from eligible and intending candidates to recruit 28 District Programme Officer vacancies.

Samagra Shiksha Recruitment 2024:
1. Name of post: District Programme Officer (Teachers Training & Pedagogy)
No. of posts: 08
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as of 01-01-2024.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000/- to Rs. 87000/- per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Post Graduation in Arts or Science with at least 50% marks, having B.Ed and a minimum of Five Years of experience as a Teacher/Teacher Education/Educational Administrator State Government/ Central under Government/Semi-Government/ Government Bodies/ PSUs/ Large Private Institute/ organization and having Computer Literacy.
Desirable Qualifications & Experiences
- DIET/BTC/Normal School Faculty
- Lecturer in B.Ed. Colleges
- Candidates having M.Ed.
2. Name of post: District Programme Officer (Inclusive Education)
No. of posts: 03
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as of 01-01-2024.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000/- to Rs. 87000/- per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Postgraduate with a minimum of one year experience of working with an organization dealing with the education of children with disabilities under Government/ Semi-Government/ Government Bodies/ PSUs/ Large Private institutions/ organization
- Computer Literacy
Desirable Qualifications & Experiences:
Registered Member of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
Degree/Diploma in Special Education
M.A in Psychology
3. Name of post: District Programme Officer (Community Participation)
No. of posts: 06
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as of 01-01-2024.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000/- to Rs. 87000/- per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Post Graduate Degree with a minimum of four years of program management experience in a relevant field/area, e.g.
- Non-formal Education
- Elementary Education
- Community Participation
- Social Sector, NGO Projects in Education, Health, etc. under Government/ Semi-Government/ Government Bodies/ PSUs/ Large Private Institute/ organization
- Computer Literacy
Desirable Qualifications & Experiences:
Experience in Educational Planning & Management
4. Name of post: District Programme Officer (Alternative Schooling)
No. of posts: 03
Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as of 01-01-2024.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000/- to Rs. 87000/- per month
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Post Graduate Degree with a minimum of four years of program management experience in a relevant field/area, e.g.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
1st Class BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics/IT or MCA with a minimum of one year of experience in database management and in-house software development under Government/Semi-Government/ Government Bodies/ PSUs/ Large Private institutes/organizations.
