1. FLC Counsellor

No. of posts: 1

Educational Qualification:

• Shall be a Graduate from a recognized university.
• Preference will be given to candidates having PG Degrees in the areas of Agriculture, veterinary science, Sociology, Psychology & social work.
• Should be well conversant with the local language.
• Shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
• Should have sound knowledge of banking, Insurance, Investment, Pension, Law, and Finance.
• Should possess excellent communication & Team building skills.

Experience:

• Shall be an ex-banker (Officer Cadre) with a minimum 5 years’ experience in any nationalized bank/RRB/Pvt. Bank. or
• Minimum 5 Years exp. in banking/with related fields, NBFCs/ FIs. or
• Business Correspondent / BC – coordinator with minimum 5 years exp. or
• Ex RSETI Director with minimum 3 years of exp./faculty with minimum 5 years of experience

Salary: Rs. 18000/- per month

Job Responsibility: To provide counseling at FLC by the guidelines of RBI

2. Watchman/ Gardener

No. of posts: 1

Educational Qualification: Should have passed 7th Standard

Experience: Should have experience preferably in agriculture/ gardening/ horticulture

Salary: Rs. 6000/- per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Watch and ward of the premises.
• Gardening work and maintenance and upkeep of the premises.
• In case of the need to perform the duties of the attendant.
• Any other work entrusted by the Director from time to time
