Position: Executive (Marketing & Sales)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline or Postgraduate degree/diploma in Business Administration (Marketing).
Experience:
- Graduates must have 5 years of experience in marketing and sales in the Dairy/FMCG-Retail sector.
- Postgraduates must have 3 years of experience in marketing and sales in the Dairy/FMCG-Retail sector.
- Candidates with experience in other sectors need not apply.
Position: Assistant-II (Purchase)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in managing purchase-related work in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the food industry.
Position: Assistant-I (Sales & Distribution)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and distribution in the Dairy/FMCG retail sector. Candidates with experience in other sectors need not apply.
Position: Assistant-I (Procurement & Input)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the development sector. Experience in village-based extension activities will be an added advantage.
Position: Assistant-I (CFP-Laboratory)
Educational Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) or M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized educational institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Cooperative/Private Cattle Feed plant, Food industry, or a similar sector.
Position: Assistant-I (Technical-Procurement & Input)
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or Electrical from a recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the development sector. Experience in cold chain management systems will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to experienced candidates.
Position: Assistant-I (Technical-Information & Communications Technology)
Educational Qualification: ITI in Computer Operating & Programming Assistant (COPA), Information Technology & Electronic System Maintenance (IT & ESM), Electronics, IT, or Electrical after 10th standard from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the development sector. Experience in village-based extension activities will be an added advantage.
Position: Assistant-I (Billing)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized institute/university with a minimum 1-year Computer Literacy Diploma Certificate from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 1-year post-qualification full-time experience in any organization with working knowledge in computer applications such as GRIM, ERP, Internet-based applications, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint. Relevant experience in FMCG/Dairy will be an added advantage.
