Other Eligibility Criteria of PNB Recruitment 2024
Nationality/Citizenship:
Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam to permanently settle in India.
Age Limit:
- SOC Manager: 25 to 35 years
- Other Posts: As per the specific post requirements
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (non-creamy layer): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disability: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers: 5 years
- Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
SOC Manager:
- Full-time degree in B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communications Engineering or Full-time M.C.A. with minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in managing IT & Cyber Security in SOC/C-SOC.
Desirable: SIEM related certification from OEM like SPLUNK, Arcsight, IBM Security QRadar, etc.
SOC Analyst and Incident Response Analyst:
- Similar educational qualifications as SOC Manager.
- Desirable: M.Tech in relevant fields.
- Specific certifications and experience as per job role.
Firewall Security Specialist:
- Full-time degree in B.E./B.Tech or M.C.A. with minimum 60% marks.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in managing IT & Cyber Security in large Data Centres.
- Desirable certifications include CCNA, CCSE, PCNSE, JNCSS, etc.
- Similar educational qualifications.
- Specific certifications and experience as per job role.
