1. Banker Faculty (on a contract basis)

No of posts: 03

Educational Qualification: The candidate should be a Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline from any recognised Institution or University, preferably with CAIIB.

Experience:

The incumbent should be an officer retired on attaining superannuation / voluntary retired, retired under SBP VRS, released under Exit Option scheme or who have left the Bank /Organisation otherwise before superannuation, from the services of any Public Sector Bank having worked

as Chief Manager and above

Preferable: Experience as faculty in the Training Institute and/or experience of writing tests (question papers) for Recruitment/ promotion examinations of banks or Public Sector Organisations. The candidate should produce a certificate of having the requisite post qualification work experience from the organisation

Age Limit: Minimum: 50 years Maximum: 61 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.11.1963 and not later than 01.11.1974 (both dates inclusive)

2. Professor

No. of posts: 1

Basic Pay: ₹ 1,59,100.00

Educational Qualification:

Essential: A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the following discipline with at least 55% marks in Post-graduation Discipline: Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology / Educational Measurement / Psychological Measurement / Psychometrics Qualification and Ph.D related to Educational /Employment Testing / Technology in Assessment and related fields is also desirable

Experience:

Minimum Twelve years post qualification (after Ph.D.) experience in Teaching / Research and / or

Industrial / Professional experience of which atleast three years should be at the level of Associate Professor (or equivalent) at an institution of repute or equivalent Industry/professional Experience.

Experience in Examination content creation, Content Analysis, Psychometrics, Data Analytics, AI related to examination system is also desirable

Age Limit: Minimum: 47 years Maximum: 55 years i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.11.1969 and not later than 01.11.1977 (both dates inclusive)
