Name of Post: District Coordinator (Contractual)

Age Limit: 30 years
Sales Pay: Negotiable (as per years of relevant experience)
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma/Graduate having at least 50 % marks (45% for SC/ST) in last qualifying exam. Women and individuals from LGBTQ+ community are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working under Cooperatives/ Farmer Producer Organization.
- Experience of working with community institutions, mobilizing community, institution building, hand holding support to community institutions.
- Experience of organizing & conducting training programs and experience of financial management/ service.
- Should have working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PPT) and have done data collection online/ offline.
Job Roles:
- Collect the information of farmer producer organisation, retailers, exporters and processors of the targeted value chains.
- Data collection and updation as per template or form provided (online/ offline)
- Profile creation and its updation of farmers/ producer groups/ cooperatives/ key stakeholders on online platform.
- Mobilization of farmers to increase members in selected farmers, producer groups, cooperatives & relevant key stakeholders at block and district level.
- Coordination with farmers/ producer groups/ cooperatives in targeted value chains.
- Support in procurement and aggregation of produce for selected value chains.
- Coordination with BoD of Producer Groups/ Cooperatives in targeted value chains.
- Provide Capacity building and training to Producers/ Producer Groups on GAP, pre- and post-harvest management practices, value addition, processing and marketing aspects.
- To arrange or organise seminars, workshops, exhibitions on subject relating to agricultural marketing & giving training to members and employees. of Producer Group/ Cooperatives.
- Provide handholding support for preparation of business plan for targeted value chains.
