Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Generate sales from dealer and sub-dealer counters by converting IHB (Individual House Builders) leads at the early stages of construction.
- Regular Territory Visits: Visit Gram Panchayats, Block Engineers, and Bank Home Loan departments within the designated area twice monthly to connect with Gram Pradhans and Nirman Sahayak or technical officials.
- Building PR and Awareness: Develop positive relationships by explaining product benefits, value-added services, and offering token gifts to officials.
- Lead Collection and Reporting: Gather leads and IHB details through designated Google forms or applications as directed by management, and share updates with the ASE and Zonal In-Charge.
- Escalation for Assistance: Collaborate with engineers or Zonal In-Charges for assistance if challenges arise in lead conversion.
- Product Awareness: Conduct technical demonstrations and provide site services to IHBs in coordination with the local Amrit Engineer.
- Branding and Promotion: Identify potential branding locations and recommend them to the branding department.
- Event Participation: Attend significant events such as Bhoomi-Puja (groundbreaking) and Griha-Pravesh (housewarming) to promote the product.
- Sales Follow-Through: Encourage the IHBs to purchase Amrit Cement by accompanying them to the dealer or sub-dealer point and ensuring the sale is completed.
- Daily Site Visits: Visit a minimum of 10 IHB sites per day to optimize conversion rates.
