1. Name of Post: Junior Level Officer (Mid Office (Market Risk Manager)
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- CA/CFA/MBA in Finance, MSc in Risk Management, or a related field. Candidates with a BE/BTech degree and relevant certifications (e.g., FRM) are also welcome.
- Minimum 2 years in treasury operations or Asset Liability Management (ALM) in financial institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor market risks associated with the bank's financial portfolio.
- Prepare regulatory reports and perform stress testing for compliance with Basel III norms.
- Ensure smooth treasury operations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
2. Name of Post: Junior Level Officer (Operational Risk Manager)
No of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 35 years
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Similar to the Market Risk Manager role.
- At least 2 years in Operational Risk Management in a banking or financial environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify operational risks within banking activities, including the development of a comprehensive risk register.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with Basel III guidelines, and oversee the risk control process.
- Manage third-party vendor risks and ensure effective operational risk governance.
