1. Name of Post: Junior Level Officer (Mid Office (Market Risk Manager)

No of Posts: 01

Age Limit: 35 years

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• CA/CFA/MBA in Finance, MSc in Risk Management, or a related field. Candidates with a BE/BTech degree and relevant certifications (e.g., FRM) are also welcome.
• Minimum 2 years in treasury operations or Asset Liability Management (ALM) in financial institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor market risks associated with the bank's financial portfolio.
• Prepare regulatory reports and perform stress testing for compliance with Basel III norms.
• Ensure smooth treasury operations and implement risk mitigation strategies.

2. Name of Post: Junior Level Officer (Operational Risk Manager)

No of Posts: 01

Age Limit: 35 years

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Similar to the Market Risk Manager role.
• At least 2 years in Operational Risk Management in a banking or financial environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify operational risks within banking activities, including the development of a comprehensive risk register.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with Basel III guidelines, and oversee the risk control process.
• Manage third-party vendor risks and ensure effective operational risk governance.
