Location: Nogaon & Guwahati
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFI), banking, sales, or collection. Supervisory experience will be preferred.
Desired Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and customer management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively drive customer acquisition for unsecured loans (unsecured IL) and the bank’s liabilities portfolio.
- Work on converting existing borrowing customers into loyal liabilities customers.
- Responsible for business development at the branch by acquiring new customers and retaining the existing customer base.
- Manage and oversee the sales team, ensuring proper supervision and guidance.
- Take responsibility for loan collections and recoveries, where necessary.
