Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
- Age: Between 18 to 30 years.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.
- Empathy: Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
