Educational Qualification for BTC Grade 3 Recruitment
- Junior Assistant, Statistical Assistant, LDA: Bachelor’s degree with a Computer Certificate/Diploma (1-year minimum) from a recognized institution.
- Health Educator, Store Keeper: Graduate in any discipline.
- Non-Medical Attendant, Field Worker, Surveillance Worker: Higher Secondary (HSSLC) or equivalent.
- Statistical Asstt. & Jr. Inspector/ Auditor: Bachelor’s degree with Computer Certificate/Diploma of minimum 1 year recognized Govt. Institution.(For Statistical Asstt., Jr. Inspector/Auditor preference will be given to those candidates who have Maths or Economics or Statistics as one of the subjects at the Degree level.)
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 38 Years
The upper age limit is relaxable as per existing Government norms.
Application Fee:
- OBC/MOBC/General: Rs. 300
- ST/SC: Rs. 200
- Payable via Treasury Challan or IPO (payable at Kokrajhar Treasury) under the Head of Account-8443-Civil Deposit-Personnel Deposit.
How to Apply for BTC Grade III Vacancy
(A). The eligible candidates may apply by filling up the CSB-prescribed application format along with 2 self-attested recent
passport-size photographs & photocopies of educational qualifications & age proof.
A permanent BTAD residential
certificate belonging to General category candidates from VCDC/Municipality as applicable is to be furnished and in case of
ST/SC/OBC/MOBC Caste Certificate. Candidates already working in Government organizations/ PSU/Corporations/Boards
etc must apply through proper channels.
(B). The application form duly filled by the candidate himself/herself along with complete testimonials should be
submitted to “The Member Secretary, Central Selection Board, BTC, Kokrajhar, Station Road, PIN:783370”.
(C). The last date of receiving applications is fixed on 20th Nov., 2024 upto 5.00 pm. Incomplete applications in terms of
advertisement and applications received after the closing date will summarily be rejected.
(D). The envelope containing application along with complete testimonials and one window envelope (size 23x10mm)
affixing Rs.5.00 (rupees five) postal stamp must be superscribed the name of post applied for on the top of the envelope.
