The ICAR National Research Centre on Pig, Guwahati, Assam, is hiring for one Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the ICAR AICRP Project on Pig (Doom Unit) and one Young Professional-II (Finance & Accounts) on a contractual basis.

1. Name of post: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

No. of posts: 01

Age Limite: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 35 years for Men and 40 years for Women on the date of interview. (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH and women candidates is as per GOI/ICAR rules). (The service conditions of SRF will be governed as per the guidelines issued by ICAR for the engagement of SRFs from time to time).

Salary: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA per month for first and second year. Rs. 42,000/- + HRA per month for the third year as per ICAR guidelines.

Educational Qualification:

Post-graduate (M.V.Sc.) in Veterinary Science from a recognized University/College with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor’s degree.

Desirable:

• Experience in Handling and /or research work on Pig.
• Candidates having MVSc in Animal Genetics and Breeding/Animal Reproduction.

2. Name of post: Young Professional-II

No. of posts: 01

Age Limite: Minimum 21 Years and maximum 45 years with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD etc.

Salary: Rs. 42,000/-per month fixed/consolidated.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Com/BBA/BBS (With minimum 60%marks) from a recognized University/College and CA (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter) with a minimum of one year of experience in Finance & Accounts under any Govt. Organization/ Universities/Reputed firms.
• B.Com/BBA/BBS (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized University/College and MBA (finance) or Equivalent (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized Institution with a minimum 01-year experience in Finance & Accounts under any Govt. Organization/Universities/Reputed firms.
  

Desirable:

Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally, Java, PFMS, MIS-FMS, ERP) will be an added advantage).

How to Apply ?

The candidate must bring 5 copies of the application form annexed in Annexure-I.

They must also bring his/her original copies as well as one self-attested copy of all certificates mentioned in Annexure II including the experience certificate, at the time of the interview, failing which the candidate won’t get to appear for the interview.
