1. Business Development Executive

No of Posts: 01

Location: Not Work From Home

Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, follow up, and close business leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with local brokers and area partners.
• Ensure smooth lead management and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage the lead dashboard and ensure data accuracy.
• Grow sales through local networks and affiliates.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA (preferred) or Graduation.
• Experience: 1 year in business development (preferred).
• Language: Must be proficient in English, Assamese, and Hindi.

Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Performance bonus.

Probationary Period: 3 months (confirmation based on performance).

2. Field Sales Executive (Data Collector)

Location: Not Work From Home

Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections and gather property data.
• Update and maintain accurate property details in the database.
• Collaborate with the internal team to address discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups for data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: HS/Graduate or equivalent (real estate knowledge preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience in data collection or property management is a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
• Language: Must be proficient in English, Assamese, and Hindi.
• Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler.

Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month.

Age Limit: 22-30 years.
