Railtel Corporation of India Limited (Railtel) has recently invited applications from eligible and intending candidates for the recruitment of 04 Assistant Manager (Legal) and Assistant Company Secretary (ACS) Vacancy.

1. Assistant Manager (Legal)

No. of posts: 2

Scale of pay: Rs.30,000-1,20,000/-. CTC: Rs.9 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).

Educational Qualification: LLB (Full Time)

Desirable Experience: Candidates having experience of working in PSU/ listed entity altogether in areas given in Annexure-I will be given preference.

2. Assistant Company Secretary (ACS)

No. of posts: 2

Scale of pay: Rs.40,000-1,40,000/-. CTC: Rs.12 Lakh (approx.) + annual Performance Related Pay (Maximum upto 40% of annual Basic Pay).

Educational Qualification: Graduate with Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Desirable Educational Qualification: Candidates having a regular full-time Degree in Law (LLB) will also be given preference.

Experience: 2 years experience in areas given in Annexure-I in a Government or private organization with a turnover of 150 cr. or more.

Desirable Experience: Candidates with experience working in a PSU or listed entity in the areas given in Annexure I will be given preference.

Application Fees:

Rs. 1200/- (Rs.600/- for SC/ST/PwBDs).

Applicants must also attach a Demand draft drawn in favour of ‘RailTel Corporation of India Limited’ payable at New Delhi.
